About the programme

The Inclusive Business Pledge was founded in Singapore in 2018. Our mission is to promote more inclusive practices among local employers to help to drive greater hiring and retention of underrepresented Singaporean talent. The programme is the result of Be Inclusive’s participation in Singtel’s Futuremakers incubator for social enterprises. Over 100 companies have signed the pledge including 99.co, Airbnb, PayPal and Twitter to name a few. After completing an evaluation of the pilot and surviving a Covid 19-related hiatus, Be Inclusive made a fresh start in 2021 by rebranding as Inclusively Asia. Our goal is for 200 companies in Singapore to sign the pledge by the end of 2023 and celebrate the progress made by our signatories who have come on board through industry showcases, networking and other events.
