Badges

Broadcast your commitment with Silver, Gold or Platinum 2022 Pledge Badges. Badges are suitable for use on websites, LinkedIn and other social media channels, email signatures and client presentations. Badges are renewable annually. Any organisation can claim the Pledged Badge through the Starter Pack. Silver, Gold, or Platinum Badges are awarded after completing the self-assessment. 90 Day Action Plan

The 90 Day Action Plan is for leaders of organisations of all sizes to consistently role-model inclusive behaviours over a 90 day period for the purpose of improving team communication, reducing blind spots and encouraging innovation. Available for Starter Pack, Professional Pack, and Professional Plus Pack holders.

Self-Assessment

Signatories can upgrade their badge through the self-assessment tool, which encompasses an anonymous survey for leaders and employees to identify the organisation's gaps in their inclusion journey. For Professional and Professional Plus Pack holders only.

Inclusive Careers Lab
