Jeremy is a transformational and visionary senior IT engineering director, with more than 18 years demonstrated success in delivering high impact global projects and enterprise solution designs, and having spent 15 years with Visa a global payments leader. Jeremy currently leads a global Product Software and Architectural engineering team in Equinix to execute and drive strategic customer- focused solutions. Being a versatile leader and engagement specialist, Jeremy and his team collaborates closely with cross-functional team to connect ideas and initiatives in order to deliver best in class experience for our customers. Jeremy is also passionate building a diverse workforce and developing the next generation of aspiring leaders. He holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems, and is a Certified ScrumMaster.
Josephine Panaligan

Josephine is an accomplished and visionary Global Solutions Architect, with more than 20 years demonstrated success working within global, strongly managed and solutions-focused organisations across USA, Australia and the Philippines. She specializes in developing innovative solution strategies, technical roadmaps, business IT policies and best practice solutions that delivers best-in-class experience for clients. She worked in the US as a Systems Engineer doing Systems Integration Projects and then worked for HP Enterprise Services and Dell EMC as a Storage Solutions Architect before moving to Equinix. She has her Solutions Architect certifications in Azure and AWS. Josephine was born and raised in the Philippines, completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and had taken Business, Negotiation and Leadership courses from Harvard Business School (HBS). She loves public speaking and is an active member of Toastmasters International where she has won awards associated with this interest. Josephine is also passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of young leaders.
Ockert Cilliers

Ockert is a former Olympian and a highly competent and professional Business Management and Financial Advisor with a wealth of experience and relevant knowledge pertaining to business management, business psychology, marketing and financial advice. He has an unrivalled level of drive and determination that was developed throughout an elite sporting career. His athletics career saw him compete at the Southern African Championships, World Junior Championships, World Championships, African Championships, World Student Games, and Olympic Games in 2004 in Athens. He has a personal best on the 400m hurdles of 48.02 and a 45.80 on the 400m. He still holds the South African record for the 300m hurdles. Ockert made a successful transition from professional athlete to professional in the business environment and was employed at one of the leading companies (Discovery) in South Africa as a Financial Advisor. In March 2022, he joined Equinix as a Corporate Sales Account Executive under the Athlete Career Transition program. Ockert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Industrial Psychology (B. Com) and a postgraduate degree in Marketing (B. Com Hons). He is also in a blessed marriage with two children.

Karyn Xiao is a Legal Director, Corporate at Equinix. She partners with and advises the business on corporate and commercial legal matters. During Karyn’s 14 years at Equinix, she has supported the company in a range of commercial and corporate matters, including corporate, REIT, real estate, employment, customer and supplier matters, as well as supported the business in various M&A integrations across the Asia-Pacific region. She is passionate about Equinix’s vision to create workplace where employees feel that they are safe, they belong and they matter, starting her journey as a Equinix Women Leader Network ambassador in 2019. She is now a PrideConnect ambassador, focusing on promoting equality and inclusivity for the LGBTQ+ community at Equinix.
